Shipping Policy

1. All the products will be shipped by third party shipping collaborator. We will not be responsible for any delays happens by shipping company.
2. We at EM care for our customers needs and that is why we put extra effort for packaging the product hence the shipping cost will be applied based on the volumetric size.
3. Shipping costs are standard based on the city and volume of the product. We would not be responsible for any increase in the price of the courier by the shipping company.
4. As soon as we receive the order, the standard time to dispatch the product would be 2-3 days. After that you will be received the relevant tracking details for your knowledge.
5. We recommend our customers to keep a regular track of their orders so that they do not miss any deliveries.
6. We will not be responsible If the order comes back to us without delivering the order or any mis hap by the shipping company or the customers. The customer has to  bear the charges for re-delivering their parcel. (These types of orders will not be cancelled)

Care Tips

1. Use a dry cloth to dust of your product. Do not put too much pressure on dusting the product, the threads might come out.
2. If you want to wash the product, just dip the product in mild soap/ liquid water (do not use detergent) for 5 min and take it out. Do not squeeze the product only If the fringes are there use mild squeeze and hang it under shade.
3. You can use blow dryer and after that use a wide bristle comb afterwards to put it back in shape.
4. Do not put any product in washing machine.
5. For those products which has wood, just use the dry or damp cloth to wipe the dust.
6. Keep combing the fringes as it might get clump together in due time.

Refund Policy

We currently do not accountable for any refund however, we request you to make a parcel opening video as soon as you receive the product. The video should not have any breakage and should be in one shot.

If in the video, any damage found in the product then we would recommend you to immediately inform us and claim your exchange.

The exchange however would be valid for 72 hours after you receive the product.

We are a small business and would appreciate your effort in sending back the damaged product to us. For this effort, you will get a special coupon of flat 20% on your next purchase on entire range of EM

Once we receive the damaged product, then will start the replacement process.

Return Policy

At EM we do not encourage to return the product as we are a small business and every product is made by hands with a lot of effort and efficiency.

We strongly recommend our customers to check the product and its description on our website carefully. Any questions around the product can be asked through chat or mail. All the queries will be answered by our support.
